Garden Swing Set with Glider

Now that Spring is here and the weather is getting nicer, we’re going to review the Infantastic Swing Set with Glider we bought last year. This Swing Set has two Swing Seats and a Glider, so 4 kids can use it at the same time.
When we bought it more than a year ago we were looking for a swing set for the garden of a house with four kids, we bought this one which looked nice and had a really good price – below 100€, the rest we had seen were over 150€.
We spent a couple of hours assembling the Swing Set between 2 people, the instructions are simple and easy to follow. All the pieces came in good condition. It comes with quite a large number of screws, we recommend classifying them initially and using an electric screwdriver to save up time.

The swing seats are made of light plastic, if the kids accidentally pass nearby the hit won’t be as hard as if they were made of wood of metal. The kids that are using it are quite young (between 1 and 5 years) and they’re all quite happy using the Swing Set. The older kids also like using the lateral bars as monkey bars and hang on them.

We have it just as it comes, but you can also hang a toddler swing seat if you want. Our babies (1,5 years old) love using the Glidder and are able to hang on to it. The swing seats are not tall as they come, the 3 years old kids can use them and get off easily.

For the moment, the swing seat is in very good condition and we haven’t done any maintenance work on it at all, so we’re really happy with it. Ours isn’t anchored to the ground and for the moment this hasn’t been a problem, we’ve read that the version in the UK comes with ground bolts.

Columpio de jardín de Infantastic

Ahora que viene el buen tiempo, os vamos a hablar de este columpio de Jardín que compramos el año pasado. Este columpio tiene dos columpios y un balancín para dos niños, así que pueden columpiarse en él hasta 4 niños a la vez.

Cuando lo compramos hace ya más de un año buscábamos un columpio para el jardín de una casa con cuatro niños, y este nos pareció que tenía buena pinta y estaba a muy buen precio – por debajo de 100€, el resto que habíamos visto superaba los 150€.

Cuando llegó el columpio lo montamos entre 2 en un par de horas, las instrucciones son fáciles de seguir y venían todas las piezas perfectas. Hay que atornillar bastantes tornillos, que conviene clasificar inicialmente para no perderse, así que te recomendamos que uses un atornillador eléctrico para ahorrar mucho tiempo.

Los columpios son de plástico y pesan poco, con lo que si un niño pasa por delante por despiste el golpe no es demasiado fuerte (mejor que si fuesen de madera o metal). Los niños que lo han usado son bastante pequeños (entre 1 y 5 años) y todos muy contentos con el columpio.

A los mayores les divierte mucho también colgarse de las barras laterales como si fuesen unas paralelas.

Nosotros lo tenemos tal y como viene, pero los enganches superiores de los columpios son de anillas, con lo que se puede colgar un columpio de bebés si se quiere. A nuestros bebés (de 1 año y pico) les encanta sentarse en el balancín y ya saben sujetarse. Los columpios los tenemos con la cuerda completa y quedan bajitos así que los niños de 3 años se pueden colgar de ellos sin problemas.

Por ahora, sin mantenimiento, el columpio sigue en buenas condiciones así que estamos muy contentos con él. No lo tenemos anclado al suelo, pero por ahora esto no ha supuesto un problema (no se ha movido), hemos leído en internet que con niños de más peso la gente ha tenido que buscar soluciones para anclarlo…

Bolsa de Agua Caliente con Bandera

Hoy os vamos a hablar de esta bolsa de agua caliente que además de ser bonita por tener el diseño de una bandera (se puede elegir entre US y UK), es muy práctica.

La tenemos desde hace un par de meses y la hemos usado tanto para calentarnos (por ejemplo los pies mientras trabajamos en casa o vemos la tele) como para ponérnosla en zonas en la que tenemos un dolor muscular y es muy útil para ambas cosas.

La bolsa de agua es muy cómoda, ya que el agua está dentro y viene con un pequeño cargador que calienta el agua en 10 minutos. Tiene una luz indicadora que avisa cuando ha terminado de cargarse y ya está lista para ser usada.

Una vez cargada, a temperatura ambiente dura bastante tiempo. Un día la metimos en la cama, ya que hacía frío, y se mantuvo caliente toda la noche, el día siguiente aún seguía templada.

La funda de la bandera es agradable al tacto y se puede lavar, así si se ensucia basta con lavar la funda y ya está. La bolsa es como un cojín pequeño (dimensiones: 30 cm x 20 cm x 5 cm), es fácil de transportar y cómoda de usar.

Si os interesa la funda de agua la podéis comprar en la tienda «Flagmania» que vende diversos artículos con banderas, este es de muy buena calidad, el resto que tienen en la tienda tiene también muy buena pinta.
